3d-models Generator

This is the model generator for 3d-models. Any changes you make are saved in the URL, so you can share that URL or create a bookmark to keep those changes around. Other generators: desiccant-box, corner-bracket

Parameters

box_size
size of the box, including all margins. Don't change the first two values without changing the slide size

slide_size
size of a single slide

Advanced

outer_chamfer
chamfer on the outside of the box

inner_chamfer
chamfer on the inside of the box

wall_strength
wall strength

slot_length_min
minimum length for a slot in the walls

slot_width
width of a slot (make sure your desiccant is larger than this)

slot_spacing_min
minimum distance between slots

slide_lip
size of the lip above the slide that holds it in place

slide_grab
size of the slot at the end of the slide lip, for pushing the slide back out

retainer_size
size of the retainer lip at the end of the box

divot_depth
divot next to the retainer, for grabbing the slide

clear_length
section of the lip that is cleared entirely. This allows you to grab the slide from the side

guarded_length
section of the lip that does not have the top retention part, allowing the slide to bend upwards but still protecting the slide edges and corner from chipping
